yo peeps-
it's LEEN here, finally posting...
got "inspired" by liying today- [or rather, her comment :p] she mentioned about SRCs during class. actually the first thought that went through my mind was: huh, so? then while i was on the train back home from third lang [sorry for grandmother story] i was pondering it about it.
do you guys geddit??
IT'S THE SRCS NEXT YEAR.
and not just any SRCs man, it's OUR SRCs! OUR YEAR. i mean, isn't this what all of us have been waiting for?
TO PLAY AS A TEAM. AS A BATCH.
all these months we've just been sitting by, watching the seniors play. ruoqi/moons/yunyi/dawn/tami's power pitching, jem/jinghan's zai fielding, deborah/maria/liping's zai catching... and so on. seeing them having fun on the field while we are kept busy warming benches...NOT FAIR!
finally it's gonna be our time. in three months, it's amanda's time to lead, mok's time to assist her, flea's time to [eh what does a softball treasurer do ah? equipment all kept in cupboard what..], lari's time to take attendance (?) and shikaye & liying's time to ....keep equipment [BLAHAHAHA] :D

i shall rephrase that paragraph. in three months, it's amanda's time to lead, mok's time to assist her, flea's time to keep stuff (sorry, i've tried), lari's time to keep records, and shikaye & liying's time to make sure all our equipment is kept fully in check. :D [so sorry if i've missed out anyone.]
anyway, as we all know, SRCs is like the time to have FUN, scoring (home)runs, gaining playing experience in the process. it doesn't matter if we don't get the championship, really.
let's just go all out and have fun.
